Return & Exchange Policy
Please note before placing your order we have an all sales are final policy. We do not offer refunds. However, if an item is too big or small we do allow customers to exchange for the correct size. You must must be informed via email within 3 business days of receiving the item prior to returning.
If in the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 3 business days of the package being delivered. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip. You have 7 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.

10. REFUNDS
We will refund you the price you paid for the Products once we receive the product. However, please note that We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If We refund you the price paid before We are able to inspect the Products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount;

12. FAULTY PRODUCTS
0. If you discover that your Product is faulty after 3 days we reserve the right to request evidence, such as images of the defect, before issuing any exchange and/or any associated delivery costs.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then as soon as reasonably possible (depending on the delivery service you have selected). In any event, delivery will take place no more than 30 days after the day your Contract is entered into.
0. You should choose the delivery address and specify it in your order. You should receive the ordered Products personal-ly. If you are unable to do so, the Products may be delivered to another person at your address (usually, one of your family members). The Products will be given to them against the Dispatch Confirmation unless the postal rules or other applicable delivery rules state otherwise. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox or left in a safe place, after three failed attempts, we may end the Contract and clause 13 will apply.
0. Delivery of your order will be completed when We deliver the Products as described. They will be your responsibility from that time.
0. You will own the Products once We have received payment in full.
0. The images of the Products on our site and in our other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Although We have made every effort to display and print the colours of the Products accurately, We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the pictures, or the pictures in our other advertising materials, accurately reflect the colours of the Products that will be delivered to you.
0. Business Days excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 28 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
0. Save for the above, if you order Products from us for delivery to a destination outside the UK:
0. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. We’ll cover duty costs on all orders. Additional taxes may apply according to local legislation.
0. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law; and
0. If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.
Customer Care
• After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that We have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us, and We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us ("Contract") will only be formed when We send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
• We will not process your order until payment has been received in full
• If you make a mistake with your order, you may be able to correct any mistakes made by email prior to your order being processed. If your order has already been processed you will be unable to amend your order. If your order has already been dispatched, please return the Products so we can exchange.
• The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch We have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
• We are entitled to refuse any order made by you for any reason.
• When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.
